I wonder if the formula of the shampoo has changed? This is really weird, but after I have washed and rinsed out, my hair is left literally matted and incredibly dry, like straw. I've never had this problem with this shampoo, which I've bought a number of times. I have to put a lot of the conditioner on to get it back to normal. Even then my hair feels dry and frizzy after drying. Boo! Won't be buying again.
