I had a touch of alopecia a couple of years ago. My doctor said the first thing to do was not use supermarket shampoo, find something gentle with plenty of hydration. Well I did and and have been using The Therpist shampoo ever since. When I go to the hair dresser they use a different shampoo and I always rewash my hair when I get home. I was lucky my hair grew back and is in the best condition it has been for years. Highly recommend.

Save your money and don't buy this shampoo. It was horrible. Does not lather at all!

Although, I eventually found a way to lather. You have to run your head under the shower for a few seconds as you lather up.

I have to use at least 6 pumps (!) just for this shampoo to work

I bought this shampoo and conditioner after using the evo heat protectant which was amazing. Big mistake! You need to use so much product to get the shampoo to lather, it smells terrible and then makes my hair feel like literal straw! Opposite of hydrating, I’ve used $4 hair care that’s worked better. Try pureology instead, same price point and fantastic for hydration.
