DOES THE WIDE IRON PRO HAVE AN AUTOMATIC TURN OFF?: Style easy, after 30 minutes of inactivity, the iron will turn off automatically to protect your surfaces.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE PLATES?: The Wide Iron Pro plates are 1.5 inches wide.

SHOULD THE PLATES TOUCH?: We have created our floating plates to glide over the hair rather than clamping down, this is to ensure that hair is not damaged. When the irons are switched off there will be a slight space between the plates when placed together, however, once they are switched on, this gap will reduce and they will glide smoothly over your hair to create amazing hairstyles.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY WIDE IRON PRO?: Only put your iron away when the plates are cool and keep the plug away from the plates as this can cause scratches.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY WIDE IRON PRO IS READY TO USE?: Once the iron is switched on, the new digital temperature panel will light up. The lights on the panel and either side of the iron will flash, then illuminate consistently when the product has reached your selected temperature. To increase or decrease, press the up or down arrows above the temperature gauge.

HOW LONG IS THE WIDE IRON PRO’S WARRANTY?: The CLOUD NINE Wide Iron Pro comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, or a 3 year warranty when registering the iron on the official CLOUD NINE website (within 14 days of purchase).
