Can anyone shop online?

Absolutely, our easy to use website allows you to peruse through our HUGE selection of hair products, add your requirements to your shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout.  All prices are inclusive of GST.

May I buy products directly at your salon?

Yes! Even better we have a Click and Collect option to ensure the stock will be ready for next day collection.

I don't see a product or Brand I like, what can I do?

Then Email and let us know and we'll see if we can order in for you!

Are your products brand new?

Yes our products are all brand new unless otherwise stated.  

Are your products Authentic?

Yes our products are 100% guaranteed authentic. We work directly with the brands and authorised distributors 

What is Backorder?

That means the item you want is currently out of stock but we will backorder it in for you with our next order cycle.  These can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, and if it takes longer than this we will email you and give you the option to cancel your order.

What if my goods are faulty?

Will the colour match what I see on the screen?

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the Products shown on this Website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
