Conditions of Use

All Prices listed are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Delivery & Returns

Orders will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days. (excludes weekends or public Holidays)

In the event of damage by Courier please notify us immediately with your order number and pictures of the damaged product and a replacement will be sent out once advised by the courier company or within 5 working days of receiving the returned product. 

If your product is damaged, please DO NOT sign for it with the courier company, if you do you are confirming the goods are in acceptable condition and no claim is able to be made for damage. 

It will be the customer's responsibility to return damaged or defective goods – This will be necessary with damaged or defective goods before any solution can be achieved. Please make sure your item is couriered.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via e-mail stating clearly what the problem is.

Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or Replacement will be paid on return of goods by Refund to your card or bank deposit within 5 working days, There may be a wait required if item is lost/misplaced.

The refund will be the total order amount less shipping costs.

We will replace or refund if:

  • Item is damaged
  • Item is defective, but excludes a problem being caused by your misus


We may not refund if:

  • You simply 'change your mind'
  • Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be’

We aim for 100% Customer Satisfaction and will work closely with you to resolve any problems.
